Bennett Brewer & Associates is a multi-disciplined, consulting engineering firm based in Frostburg, Maryland. Over the last 25 years, BBA has provided engineering, planning, surveying, and consulting services for architectural and engineering firms, contractors, developers, financial institutions, individual landowners, and a host of local, state, and federal government agencies.

Established in 1995, BBA has a wealth of experience in project planning, design, and construction. While our market ranges across 16 states, we have engineered numerous large- and small-scale site development projects in the tri-state region. We are well versed in both the national/international design codes and local regulatory ordinances. We have a long track record of successful project planning, integrating the interests of multiple parties into a creative solution.

From a broader perspective, BBA is an experienced engineering group, providing a wide spectrum of services for military, private, and municipal site development projects including new buildings, building additions, renovations, housing and mixed-use development, public utility distribution/collection/treatment, transportation systems, renewable energy generation, industrial facilities, and highway and airfield paving projects. Our considerable range and depth of design services requires our team to maintain technical expertise in all aspects of civil engineering including concrete and pavement design, roadway and runway construction/reconstruction, water/sanitary/storm utility infrastructure development, foundation design, soils analysis and evaluation, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and all general elements of site development and planning. Beyond the initial design and planning phase, we have extensive experience in preparation and review of bid documents and specifications, evaluation of bidders, contract negotiation and administration, construction supervision, inspection, and coordination with contractors. We are proficient in both the bid / build and design / build arena.
