A founding partner of Bennett, Brewer & Associates, Matt Brewer has served as project manager and designer for a broad range of development projects since 1990. He has diverse experience in municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional development planning. These project types include renewable energy generation, public infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, education, retail/service, manufacturing, and DoD MILCON facilities. Over the last 10 years he has been engaged the planning, design, and construction of multiple wind and solar energy plants across the United States.

As project manager, he is responsible for the coordination and supervision of engineers, survey teams, technical and administrative personnel, and outside subcontractors. He is generally in charge of overall project development from conception through construction and required to shape project parameters to meet all technical, design, regulatory, and budget constraints.

As a designer, Mr. Brewer has extensive experience in stormwater management design, sediment and erosion control planning, road design, review and preparation of bid documents, construction administration, and overall site planning. He has an excellent working knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements related to all aspects of site development.

Mr. Brewer is a professional civil engineer and professional land surveyor. He currently maintains the position of Chief Project Manager and Designer.
